Educating Oklahoma’s Medical Managers
The future of healthcare in Oklahoma is in your hands. As directors, practice managers, and administrators, you are constantly challenged to promote the best in medicine throughout the state. The Oklahoma Medical Group Management Association is here to help you make that happen.
Are Your Patient Collections Out of Control?
As the originator of the medical and dental practice Credit Card on File program, Mary Pat Whaley has been teaching medical practices how to make their patient collections easier, more efficient and much less costly for more than six years.
Bring your patient accounts receivable down to an average of 32 days. Eliminate sending costly, and often useless statements to patients. Make electronic payment plan management as effortless as “set it and forget it”.
You will receive information you can use to implement this program in your practice, to communicate to the patient the value of the program and increase your patient collections.
With 30+ years managing physician practices of all sizes and specialties in the private and public sectors, Mary Pat Whaley is one of the preeminent practice management consultants in the United States today. In addition to her Board Certification in Medical Practice Management, she is also a Certified Professional Coder and a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
She is widely quoted in national practice management magazines including Medical Economics, Physicians Practice, the Journal of Medical Practice Management, Physicians Digest, and Outpatient Surgery Magazine. A prolific blogger, she draws 30K+ visitors to her website (managemypractice.com) monthly and is a Healthcare LinkedIn Thought Leader with 250,000+ followers reading her observations and posts.
